Please be advised that on the 26 July afternoon ACER ARIS data collection service has experienced a technical issue that caused technical rejections of some submitted data, affecting mainly REMIT Table1 reports.
On 27 July at 11:00 ACER disabled the processing of submitted data until the issue is resolved. Due to it ARIS will continue to collect the data but the data will not be processed and no receipts will be issued.
UPDATED: on 28 July ACER has confirmed that the issue has been resolved and from now on the ACER ARIS system works properly. Please resubmit all reports rejected during the previously specified period.
